We are the market and technology leader in micro-pulse welding technology for jewelry production and dental laboratories and, in response to increasing requests from the manufacturing and industrial sectors, we have now developed a new device for industrial applications with which we intend to significantly expand our market presence.
We see the core areas of application as
* Tool and mould making
* Surface repairs in a wide variety of areas (including cylinder head repairs, restoration of wear removal - edge restoration, etc.)
* Electrical contact of sensors, especially thermal sensors
* Thin sheet metal welding in metalworking for small quantities
* Prototype construction in development departments, e.g. battery contacting, power electronics as well as supplementary joining of additive manufacturing of metal parts
* Stapling of components prior to automated welding and soldering processes* Welding of heat protection applications in the aerospace industry
