In short, my remit: Even more valuable than satisfied guests are-exact dissatisfied guests.
Because they learn the most from them. Dissatisfied guests present those screws that make hotels even more successful. It is just a pity that such guests rarely provide objective feedback.
And here I start, if hotels want to find out how your house actually presents itself to a normal guest, then book me as a mystery guest.
From the first booking to the late checkout, I take a close look at everything. I receive the usual processes of the houses, like any everyday guest. I also like to make special requests, not only at reception, restaurant, housekeeping or wellness staff, as well as employees who meet me by chance are confronted with my wishes, as if necessary in advance selected employees.
In this way, I'm not just testing individual areas.
