From the first booking to the late checkout, I take a close look at everything. I receive the usual processes of the houses, like any everyday guest. I also like to make special requests, not only at reception, restaurant, housekeeping or wellness staff, as well as employees who meet me by chance are confronted with my wishes, as if necessary in advance selected employees.
In this way, I'm not just testing individual areas.
