Amazon offers its business partners the two models FBA and FBM. The distribution takes place exclusively via private labeling, i.e. via my own brand. Alternatively, via your name with a Germany-wide exclusive contract for me. The background is that we don't have to deal with the topic of "buy-box" and we can generate more revenue.
My strategy on Amazon is not to create new products or niches, but to improve existing, well-run products. Improve in two respects: firstly, in terms of marketing and secondly, in terms of the product itself.
